The Home Team of Kansas specializes in working with the State of Kansas Home and Community Based Waivered Programs. Currently, we provide Independent Living Counseling for the Physically Disabled Waiver and Payroll Agent Services for the Frail and Elderly Waivered program. Both of These Services are available Statewide to Kansas Medicaid receipients.

The Home Team of Kansas LLC is a State of Kansas Licensed Home Health Agency and a Member of The Kansas Home Care Association.
