Medicaid Services

The Home Team of Kansas participates in the State of Kansas Medicaid Program.

Currently we work with the following programs:
(HCBS) Home and Community Based Services for the PD, FE, and TBI Waivers.
(MFP) Money Follows the Person
(Work) Work and Working Healthy Programs
We provide the Following Services for the Programs listed above.
(FMS) Financial Management Services for the PD, FE and TBI waivers
(TCM) Targeted Case Management Services for the PD, TBI, MFP and Work
Attendant Care Services for the HCBS Waivered Programs.
